This new modern two-story house is located on a large lake in the redeveloping area of Lake Park in Downtown Naples, Florida. The 5 bedroom, 5 bath, 3,000 square foot residence was designed and built by the architect/ builder. The interior is dominated by a two-story high great room with an overlooking loft, that flows out through full-width sliders onto a covered patio and large pool deck overlooking the lake and private seating doc. The master bedroom suite and den/ bedroom suite are on the ground level with the balance of three bedrooms on the upper level with two balconies. The exterior architecture features smooth painted stucco walls, standing seam metal roofing panels, impact resistant doors and windows, glass garage doors and cable railings.
