Ginamaries

Scotch Plains, New Jersey

Project Type: Hospitality – Restaurant/Bar

This family owned northern Italian restaurant was built in 1996 in Scotch Plans, New Jersey. The grand scale dining area and bar sitting under the gently curving ceiling is reminiscent of “old world” dining halls with vaulted ceilings, a spiral staircase leads up to a private dining room for 2-4 guests. This mezzanine dining experience includes a full wet bar, sofa seating, one-way vision window and a private bathroom. The dining area L-shaped partitions are on casters to provide endless possibilities of dining area configurations. The repeating diamond motif stands as a sharp counterpoint to the softly curved wood canopy ceiling. All the custom designed woodwork is consistently composed of the cinnamon colored African anger with contrasting blonde maple.
