This concept design for a 25,000 square foot insurance company headquarters takes the shape of an L-shaped footprint, creating an entry courtyard/ garden. The building’s area is evenly split on two levels with the lobby, cafeteria, mailroom, and customer service areas located on the ground level. The executive offices and administrative support are located on the upper level. The design’s primary materials are concrete block, stucco, and tinted glass.
