Florida Keys Beach House

The new 8,000 square foot waterfront house is composed of 4 bedrooms & 4.5 baths on three levels. The swimming pool and deck were built on the master suite’s upper level to capture the spectacular daytime views of the Gulf of Mexico and Florida Keys. Through a sequence of patios and staircases the homeowners and guests can go from waterside dock all the way up to the rooftop patio without having to enter into the house. The lower ground level houses a three-car garage, game room with kitchenette and guest bedroom. The middle living level is composed of a formal living and dining room, corner library, eat-in kitchen with breakfast area, grilling patio, two guest bedrooms and a large terrace. The upper master suite level takes in panoramic views of the Gulf, bay and neighboring Keys. The master bedroom flows out onto the pool deck with a spiral stair leading up to the roofdeck for taking in a sunrise or sunset.
