This lakefront 5,300 square foot house is being developed as a design & build by the architect/ builder, the designer/ homeowner desired a courtyard concept home, but with a mid-century modern character, and adapted to a Florida modern lifestyle, The main house, master suite and private guest suite are all independent and form a covered loggia and open courtyard. The main house is composed of an office, great room with an open plan kitchen, dining, living with adjacent wine room. The great room flows out seamlessly through pocketing sliders onto the outdoor living, dining kitchen under a roof extension. This area with the master suite frame the pool deck and lake views. The house will utilize many mid-century materials: terrazzo floors, exposed split face concrete block, steel frame windows and wood plank ceilings.
