This project is for a new open air/ over water 2,780 Square foot bar/ restaurant in the location of an existing 20 seat bar in the Bayfront retail and residential community in Downtown Naples, Florida. Two independent bars, one large and one more intimate have thirty-five seats and twelve seats respectively with the addition of tables and hairs on the open patios 150 guests can be served. The architecture is truly “cabana style” with angled wood bracket supports, simple post and beam structure, standing seam metal roofing and lowered shutters.
