St Lucia at Pelican Bay Property Enhancements

The St. Lucia is a luxury high-rise and low-rise condominium community located at the central intersection of Pelican Bay on the Gulf of Mexico in Naples, Florida. The community was originally developed in the late 1990’s and by 2013 was in need of some improvements. Working together with the H.O.A. board and the resident building committee, we developed a program of 5 property enhancements; a new monument sign for the very visible community entrance, the removal of all the asphalt drives and parking areas and replacing them with new custom designed paver patterns, the redesign and restructuring of the roofs on the low-rise structures to create large overhangs that shelter the upper balconies, new landscaping throughout the community and a new contemporary color scheme for all the buildings. We were also engaged by the St. Lucia to perform the construction management services for all of the projects. This assured that the design quality would not be compromised, and all the enhancements are executed on schedule and within budget.
